All sessions must be booked and paid in advance to secure your time.

Once confirmed, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

As your time is held just for you:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.

Changes made within this window can be rescheduled subject to availability.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are also non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

Full session fees still apply.
